Looks as good as shown in the original images and very comfortable.I wanted even better support for lower back, so I bought a low height soft cushion which compliments this for additional comfort.Hand rests are of perfect height. The hand rest frame is made of fiber though it looks like steelfrom the picture but it is good enough for me
